Hello! Good to see you again. Won’t you come in. How about a cup of herbal tea today?
Have a seat, I’ll get cups and the teakettle.
Oh, it’s so nice to see a friendly face and just settle in with a bit of chamomile tea, isn’t it?
I’ve been doing a lot of thinking lately. We sure are in some challenging times aren’t we? So many oddities, changes, unknowns. Sometimes it just feels out of control.
I’ve really had to tap deeply into my own self and my extensive tool bag to maintain my sanity with all that is whirling around us. I will admit that some days take more tools than others. Yikes!
I’m so grateful for the support the horses and nature offer me. They are always there. The trick is making sure that I’m not taking too much but am maintaining a balance in our relationship. I sure don’t want to unconsciously project or shed things off onto my horses. This can cause all sorts of di-ease.
I’ve learned over the years how to be in right relationship with myself more so that I can receive the support and wisdom in a conscious way.
The wisdom I’ve been given is truly a gift that I am now able to offer back to others.
My mentor Sharon Bringelson and I are coming together again to offer a weekend workshop on Navigating Challenging Times. The horses have agreed to help us help you.
No, this is not a horsemanship or riding weekend. This is a reflective opportunity weekend full of teachings and wisdom that can support individuals as we all do our very best to walk in beauty in this wild ride of a world we are in right now.
I’d love, if you feel the urge, for you to join us. The workshop is very limited, we only take 4 individuals and we already have some of those seats filled. If you feel the nudge don’t hesitate, call or text Sharon today at 970-631-2379.
The small group allows for plenty of one on one time. You will definitely feel supported.
I really do have a lot on my mind these days, but I’ll share more of that on another day. Right now I just want to invite you to our empowering weekend.
Hey, thanks for sitting a spell. I look forward to hearing from you about the weekend of May 20-21.
You're an awesome writer...
